Ingredients
1 vanilla wafer crumb crust
8 gr granulated gelatin
60 ml water
475 ml skim milk
32 gr flour
2 eggs
38 gr sugar
7 gr pure vanilla extract
290 gr firm ripe bananas
350 ml milk in the top of a double boiler over simmering water
120 ml milk
475 ml milk the bowl with the flour mixture
1 1/2 arrange
150 gr bananas in bottom of pie shell
100 gr bananas on top

Instructions
