Banana Oatmeal Cookies W/ Banana Frosting

Ingredients

170 gr butter flavor crisco
600 gr sugar
1 egg
190 gr bananas
270 gr oats
190 gr flour
3 gr salt
3 gr cinnamon
2 gr baking soda
1 gr nutmeg
60 gr walnuts
28 gr butter flavor crisco
5 ml lemon juice
1 walnuts
170 gr butter flavor crisco
240 gr mashed bananas
70 gr nu drop
2 level measuring tablespoonfuls of dough a mound to form cookie
2 on baking shee
28 gr butter flavor crisco
1/4 mashed

Instructions

bananas and lemon juice. Add confectioners sugar. Beat until smooth. Frost cooled cookies. Sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts, if desired. Makes 5 dozen 5 cm cookies.
