Banana Raisin Walnut Muffins Ww

Ingredients

130 gr flour
5 gr flour
120 gr nonfat dry milk powder
55 gr brown sugar firmly packed
9 gr baking powder
1 gr nutmeg
2 gr baking soda
240 ml buttermilk
10 ml buttermilk
1 egg
60 ml vegetable oil less
10 ml vegetable oil
28 gr whipped butter melted
1 bananas ripe
85 gr golden raisins plumped
14 gr walnuts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400. Spray dozen muffin cups with nonstick spray. In medium mixing bowl combine flour, milk powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg; stir to combine and set aside. In small bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, oil, and butter and stir until blended; stir in dry ingredients. Add banana, raisins, and walnuts and stir to combine (mixture will be lumpy). Fill each baking cup with an equal amount of batter and bake for 15 minutes (until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out dry). Transfer muffins from pan to wire rack and cool.
