Banana Sour Cream Cake

Ingredients

55 gr margarine
1/4 prunes pureed
250 gr sugar
1 egg
4 egg whites
325 gr flour
3 gr baking powder
3 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
190 gr mashed bananas about
850 ml nonfat vanilla yogurt

Instructions

Cream margarine and sugar well. Add egg and egg whites and beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to sugar mixture and beat until mixed. Add banans and yogurt and blend well. Put in a 13 inchx9 inch greased baking pan and bake at 180ÂșC or 40-45 mins or until a cake tester comes out clean.Cool on a rack.
