Banana Walnut Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

220 gr golden brown sugar packed
34 gr butter
60 gr pure maple syrup
30 gr walnuts-coarsely
4 ripe bananas
130 gr flour
9 gr baking powder
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr salt
150 gr sugar
50 gr butter room temperature
1 egg
2 gr vanilla
90 ml milk
1 sweetened whipped cream
9 diameter cake with
2 high sides
3 additions

Instructions

Transfer cake to rack. Run knife around pan sides. Cool cake on rack for 30 minutes. Place a plate over pan; invert cake. Let stand 3 minutes, then gently lift off the pan. Serve warm with whipped cream.
