Bankruptcy Stew

Ingredients

900 gr beef round stk
120 ml water
120 ml tomato sauce
4 potatoes
1 slice green bell pepper
1 rib celery
1 slice onion
3 slices carrots
1 sprig parsley
2 gr dry parsley
1 bay leaf

Instructions

Cut round steak into 3 cm cubes. Brown beef cubes over high heat in a nonstick skillet. Add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet.
