Bar-b-q Meatloaf
Ingredients
450 gr beef
1 egg
1/2 onion
3/8 green pepper
34 gr pimento-stuffed green olives
1 1/2 head country seasoning
36 gr bread
120 ml head country bar b q sauce reserved for top
16 ml worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pat into meatloaf pan and top with Bar-B-Q sauce. Bake, uncovered, one hour at 350 degrees.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
