Bar-b-barn Ribs

Ingredients

525 gr pork ribs
1 gr black pepper
1 gr paprika
1 gr cinnamon
220 gr brown sugar
120 ml apple sauce
60 ml ketchup
16 ml lemon juice

Instructions

Place ribs in a pan (not stacked). Pour the sauce (very thick) over the ribs. Put tin foil over the pan. Marinate ribs for 24 hours flipping once in a while to make sure all the ribs are marinated. Then take right from the fridge and bake 1.5 hours at 150ÂșC leaving the foil on.
