Barbecue Beef Sandwiches
Ingredients
1,400 gr beef rump roast
24 gr flour
425 ml tomato sauce
60 gr onions
75 gr brown sugar
30 ml lemon juice
16 ml beef instant bouillon
6 gr chili powder
1 garlic clove
5 ml dry mustard
1 hamburger buns
Instructions
Rub flour into roast. Place in bottom of crockpot and add remainingingredients, except buns. Cook on low for about 14-16 hours. Serveover buns.
