Barbecue Meatloaf

Ingredients

550 gr meat
160 gr bread crumbs
1 onion
230 ml tomato sauce
1 egg
1 seasoning
1 green pepper
2 nbsp
120 ml water
45 ml vinegar
40 gr brown sugar
30 ml prepared mustard
350 ml tomato sauce
28 gr butter
3 gr garlic powder
2 gr onion powder
1 gr pepper

Instructions

Combine the beef, bread crumbs, onion, 8 oz tomato sauce, egg, MySeasoning, and green pepper. Mix well and place in a loaf pan.

Combine all sauce ingredients. Cook in a saucepan until butter melts. Poursauce over meat loaf and bake at 180ºC for 1 hour. While baking, the sauceneeds to be spooned over the meat occasionally.

Note: Make sure you use a pan large enough for the meat and sauce, or thesauce will tend to boil over while it is cooking.
