Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

350 gr onions
60 ml honey
3 gr garlic
10 ml lemon juice
140 gr sweet pepper
3 gr salt
14 gr parsley
3 lea
240 ml dry wine
1 gr mint
16 ml vinegar
1 liquid smoke
475 ml ketchup
2 ml louisiana sauce

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. Bring to a boil. Cook, covered, on low heat for several hours. From Justin Wilson's "Outside Cooking with Inside Help"
