Barbecue Sauce For Chicken
Ingredients
120 ml peanut oil
120 ml vinegar
4 gr sugar
12 gr tomato paste
5 ml mustard
1 ml pepper sauce
3 gr garlic salt
Instructions
* or plain salt if preferred. Combine ingredients and beat with a whisk until well blended. Use as baste for charcoal-broiled chicken.
