Barbecued Kabobs

Ingredients

525 gr pork shoulder
180 ml peanut oil
60 ml cider vinegar
1 garlic clove
1 gr salt
3 gr italian herbs
3 green peppers
1 squares

Instructions

on metal skewers. Brush with marinade and place on barbecue grill as far as possible over glowing coals. Broil, brushing with marinade and turning often, for 30 to 40 minutes.
