Barbecued Lentils
Ingredients
2 3/8 lentils
1,200 ml water
120 ml molasses
28 gr brown sugar
16 ml vinegar
120 ml ketchup
5 ml dry mustard
5 ml worcestershire sauce
450 ml tomato sauce
16 gr onions
1/4 liquid barbecue smoke
Instructions
Add lentils to water, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 min or until tender but whole.
Add remaining ingredients to the cooked lentils and bake at 180ºC for 45 min.
