Barbecued Oysters

Ingredients

1 d oysters
3 oyster liquid
34 gr tomato paste
16 ml chili sauce
16 ml lemon juice
2 ml worcestershire sauce
1 gr prepared horseradish
1 gr onion salt
1 gr salt
20 gr bacon flavored cracker crumbs

Instructions

Place oysters in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Combine oyster liquid, tomato paste, chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and salt in a saucepan; cook over medium heat 20 minutes. Pour sauce over oysters. Prick oysters with a fork to allow sauce to penetrate. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 180ÂșC or 25 minutes. Yield 3 to 4 servings.
