Barbeque Sauce With Beer Robert
Ingredients
400 ml bottles catsup
210 gr bottle chili suace
120 ml prepared mustard
5 ml dry mustard
3 gr salt
325 gr brown sugar
18 gr black pepper
140 ml bottle steak sauce
120 ml worcestershire sauce
16 ml soy sauce
350 ml bottle beer
6 gr mince garlic
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except garlic, in saucepan and simmer 30 minutes over medium heat. Add minced garlic before using. Baste meat during last 15 minutes of grilling time.
