Barbequed Beef Ribs

Ingredients

1,400 gr beef short ribs
60 gr onions
14 gr margarine
1 gr pepper
18 gr sugar
5 ml dry mustard
3 gr salt
2 gr paprika
20 ml worchestershire sauce
120 ml catsup
60 ml vinegar
60 ml water

Instructions

Contributed to the echo by: BOYD NARON BARBEQUED BEEF RIBS Brown ribs. Saute onions in margarine and add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Baste ribs with sauce and bake at 180ºC or 2 hours. Drain off fat, baste again and bake at 150ºC or 1 hour.
