280 gr alaska salmon 220 gr soft bread crumbs 40 gr onions 60 ml milk 2 eggs 3 gr parsley 16 ml lemon juice 1 gr dill weed 1 black pepper
Instructions
Drain and flake salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine flaked salmon and reserved liquid with remaining ingredients. Place in well-greased 8.5 x 4.5 x 6 cm loaf pan or shape into loaf on greased baking pan. Bake at 180ÂșC or 45 minutes.
