Basic Country Butter Cookies
Ingredients
85 gr containers candied
1 1/2 crescen bake
1/2 batter
120 gr coarsely almonds
32 gr all-purpose flour until crumbly
8 baking pans
32 gr apricot preserved over surface
2 wide diamon makes about
2 1/2 circles
3 gr mixed candied fruits from
8 container
1/2 prepared
1 gr lemon peel
1/8 thickness
2 scalloped roun using sharp knife
Instructions
cut small X in center of half of rounds. Place half tsp. mincemeat mixture in center of uncut rounds; top with cutout rounds. Using tines of fork, press edges of "pie" to seal. Bake 10 to dozen minutes. When cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Makes about 2.5 dozen. ----
