Basic English Muffins

Ingredients

750 gr all purpose flour
26 gr sugar
6 gr salt
1 dry yeast
425 ml milk
60 ml water
14 gr butter
1 egg
65 gr cornmeal
525 gr flour
3 1/4 round cutter out muffins
1 apar sprinkle with additional cornmeal

Instructions
