Ingredients
130 gr blue crab meat
130 gr snow crab meat
120 gr shrimp
34 gr green bell pepper
34 gr bell pepper
1/4 scallions
8 gr cajun spice
600 ml basils garlic mayonnaise
160 gr coarse bread crumbs
60 ml dusting cakes oil for sauteing basils champagne sauce green olives
160 gr bread crumbs
8 patties
3 wide
28 gr bread crumbs
400 degree oven until crisp
60 ml champagne sauce on
8 plates
Instructions
crab cake on each plate. Garnish with green olives and chopped tomatoes, if desired.
