Bavarian Patties With Sauerkraut

Ingredients

700 gr beef
120 ml applesauce
36 gr bread crumbs
30 gr onion
1 egg
3 gr salt
1 gr allspice
16 sauerkraut

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together except the sauerkraut. Shape the mixture into 6 patties, each about 2 cm thick. Brown the patties in a large skillet over medium heat, turning once. Drain off the excess fat. Spoon the sauerkraut onto the patties. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
