Bay Country Crab Soup

Ingredients

450 gr beef shin
2,800 ml water
1 onion
2 stalks celery
300 gr tomatoes
8 gr salt
1 gr black pepper
1 gr cayenne pepper
260 gr maryland regular crabmeat
130 gr maryland claw crabmeat

Instructions
