Bean Curd With A Spicy Sauce

Ingredients

5 gr cornstarch
1/2 stock
3 gr chili paste with garlic
30 ml soy sauce
2 gr sugar
30 ml oil
3 garlic
5 gr ginger
3 scallions
1 bean curd

Instructions

cut into 3 cm cubes Whisk together the sauce ingredients & set aside. In a wok, saute garlic & ginger. Add scallions, followed by the tofu. Cook for a few minutes. Pour suace over the sauted ingredients. Mix gently & simmer carefully. Let the sauce thicken, stirring gently every now & then. Serve over rice.
