Bean & Franks Soup

Ingredients

3 slices carrots
2 onions
1 garlic clove
28 gr butter
750 gr beans in brown sugar
11 1/2 v
8 tomato juice
8 frankfuaters
5 ml worsterceshire sauce

Instructions

American or Cheddar Cheese, -shredded Cook carrots, onions and garlic in the butter in a 3 litre sauce pan. Stirring frequently until crisp and tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients except for the cheese. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until hot. Serve with cheese.
