400 gr am anasazi beans 350 ml bean juice 120 ml molasses 1 egg 4 gr vanilla 9 gr non-alum baking powder 190 gr am wheat flour 3/8 carob powder 1 gr cinnamon 1 gr nutmeg
Instructions
Blend beans, juice, molasses, egg, and vanilla in a blender or food processor. Add dry ingredients to blender and mix until smooth. Fill oiled muffin tins two third full. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 25 minutes, or until done.
