Beanie Brownies

Ingredients

260 gr brown tepary beans
1/2 carob powder
180 ml mild honey
55 gr margarine
65 gr all purpose flour
60 gr walnuts
85 gr raisins
2 eggs
2 gr vanilla essence
1 gr salt

Instructions

Butter an 20 cm square pan. Line with waxed paper and butter the paper. Whirl the tepary beans in a food processor until smooth. In a large bowl, mix the processed beans with rest of the ingredients. Spread in prepared baking dish. Bake at 160ÂșC for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool, before removing from the pan. Peel off waxed paper and cut into squares. ----
