Beaver Club Banana Bread

Ingredients

3 bananas
400 gr sugar
32 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
4 eggs
120 ml oil
120 ml yogurt
120 ml milk
375 gr flour

Instructions

Combine bananas, sugar, soda, and salt in blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into mixing bowl and add eggs one at a time. Then add oil, yogurt and milk. Add flour last.

Pour batter into loaf pans lined with buttered parchment. Place in 275� oven on centre rack. Do not remove until 2.5 hours are up.
