Beef Boulette Burgers

Ingredients

900 gr beef
240 ml dairy sour cream
55 gr bread crumbs
40 gr mushrooms
16 gr onion
3 gr parsley
4 gr salt
1 gr pepper

Instructions

* Use 1 4-oz can of mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped. ~-----------------------------------------------------~----------------Mix all the ingredients together. Shape the mixture into 8 patties, each about 2 cm thick. Broil or grill the patties 10 cm from the heat, turning once, until the desired doneness is reached, about 10 to 15 minutes. ----
