Beef Burgers With Caramelized Onions

Ingredients

some salt
3/8 bulgur
10 ml olive oil
475 gr onion
8 gr sugar
350 gr beef
34 gr tomato paste
7 gr parsley
1 gr black pepper
4 hamburger buns
120 ml warm water

Instructions

Prepare the grill or preheat the broiler. In a medium bowl, combine the bulgur, beef, tomato paste, parsley, half tsp salt and pepper; mix thoroughly but lightly. Shape into four 2 cm-thick patties. Grill over high heat or broil on a lightly oiled rack until browned and cooked through, about 5 min per side. Blot the patties with paper towels.
