Beef Daube With Shiitake Mushrooms

6 garlic
1/2 slices orange peel
45 gr salt pork
16 gr flour
20 gr shiitake mushrooms
3 other left
150 gr pasta
80 gr parmesan cheese
1/2 salt
1/2 pepper
20 gr parmesan cheese

Instructions
