Beef Porcupines

Ingredients

425 gr hamburger
60 gr rice
1 onion
3 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 egg
230 ml marinara sauce
30 ml salad oil
230 ml beef broth
240 ml water

Instructions

1. Mix half of marinara sauce in with everything except for consomme, oil, and water. Form meatballs. 2. Fry meatballs in oil until lightly browned. 3. Add re st of marinara, consomme and water.
