4 green onions 1 clove garlic 3 gr chili pepper 30 ml lemon juice 45 ml olive oil 120 ml low fat yogurt 60 gr herbs 4 tomatoes 1 slice sweet onion
Instructions
Combine green onion, garlic, chilies and lemon juice. Beat in olive oil and yog urt gradually. Add salt and pepper. Finely chop herbs and add. This may be done in a food processor or blender. Refrigerate. Serve over sliced tomatoes and on ions.
