Beef Teriyaki

Ingredients

400 gr sirlion steak
120 ml soy sauce
120 ml dry wine
1 clove garlic
5 gr ginger
8 gr cornstarch
3 packets equal

Instructions

Slice beef into 1 cm strips. Arrange in shallow casserole. Combine soy sa uce, wine, garlic, and ginger. Pour over meat, cover and refrigerate. Marinat e 2 hours. Broil beef 1- half minutes on each side. Pour marinade into saucepan . Add cornstarch and cook over medium heat, until sauce thickens. Remove from heat, stir in Equal. Serve sauce over meat.
