Ingredients

65 gr flour
3 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1,800 gr beef
60 gr green onions
80 gr mushrooms
1 package condensed beef broth
5 ml worcestershire sauce
12 gr tomato paste
60 ml dry wine
8 gr flour
1 slice buttered noodles
65 gr salt and pepper

Instructions

smooth paste of red wine and 3 tablespoons flour; stir into crock-pot, mixing well. Cover and cook until thickened. Serve over hot buttered noodles. 8 to 10 servings (about 3 litre ) Dee Penrod, FGGT98B
