Beef With Hot Sauce

Ingredients

1,400 gr beef chuck roast
60 gr onion
50 gr celery
65 gr green pepper
1 water
350 ml catsup
16 ml taco sauce
9 gr brown sugar
10 ml vinegar
2 garlic
1 bay leaf
3 gr salt
5 ml dry mustard
3 gr chili powder
8 hamburger buns

Instructions

Place meat, onion, celery and green pepper in Dutch oven; cover with water. Cover tightly and cook slowly 2.5 to 3 hours or until tender. Remove meat; cool, shred and return to cooking liquid. Add catsup, taco sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, salt, mustard and chili powder. Cook slowly 1 hour. Remove bay leaf; serve on buns.
