Ingredients
800 gr round steak
6 slices onions fine
1 lard
8 gr flour
30 ml vinegar
2 sprigs bay leaf
2 sprigs thyme
3 sprigs parsley
1 clove garlic
475 ml water
1 beat the round steak well with the rolling pin
1 this introduction precedes the recipe
1 smothered steak
1 braising
1 great secret in smothering meat is to let it cook
