Beefy Rice Casserole

Ingredients

700 gr beef
60 gr onion
180 gr rice
1 package cream of mushroom soup
1 package cream of celery soup
2 water

Instructions

Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat. Put in greased 2 litre casserole. Add rice. Combine soups in mixing bowl; gradually stir in water until blended and smooth. Pour over rice.

Bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour and 15 minutes or unti liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender.

Makes 6 8 servings.
