Beer Batter Softshell Crabs

Ingredients

12 crabs
350 ml beer warm
160 gr flour
6 gr salt
2 gr paprika
2 gr baking powder

Instructions

Pour beer in mixing bowl, add flour then remainder of ingredients. Mix well. Prepare batter at least 1- half hours before use as it will thicken standing. Dust crabs lightly in flour; dip singly in batter. Deep-fry at 180ÂșC or 2-5 minutes depending on size. Crabs should be golden brown. Drain and serve.
