250 gr unbleached flour 14 gr baking powder 3 gr salt 50 gr shortening 180 ml beer
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 230ÂșC . Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening until it has cornmeal consistanch. Stir in beer, knead lightly, roll out to 1 cm thickness. Bake 10 dozen minutes or until golden brown. Makes dozen to 15 biscuits.
