Beer Marinade For Beef
Ingredients
2 packages beer
10 cans
6 gr salt
120 ml olive oil
3 gr cayenne pepper
5 ml wine vinegar
5 gr prepared horseradish
2 gr onion powder
10 ml lemon juice
3 gr garlic powder
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and use as a marinade. Then use as a basting sauce for the meat while it cooks.
