Beet Horseradish

Ingredients

425 gr redbeets
3 gr salt
55 gr horseradish
120 ml water
10 ml vinegar
1 gr pepper
4 gr sugar

Instructions

Grate beets and horseradish. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water. Bring to a boil. Pour over grated beets and horseradish. Mix thoroughly. Store in jar in refrigerator.
