16 beets 5 ml cider vinegar 1 gr salt and pepper 60 ml sour cream 4 gr sugar
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in 1 litre glass casserole. Stir gently to mix. Microwave, covered, 3-5 minutes on High, or until heated through. Stir every 2 minutes. Let stand, covered, 2-3 minutes before serving.
