Berlin Bread From Brigitte Sealing

Ingredients

2 eggs
30 ml warm water
220 gr sugar
2 1/2 apple preserves
120 gr rum
1 gr allspice
8 gr cinnamon
80 gr chocolate
140 gr flour
5 gr baking powder
65 gr almonds
16 gr candied lemon peel
1/4 in a greased baking shee preheat oven
85 gr confectioners sugar

Instructions

water or milk. Ice the bread while it is still hot, and slice into 1 x 5 cm slices.
