Best Cranberry Muffins
Ingredients
55 gr butter
190 gr unsifted flour
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
100 gr sugar
1 egg
120 ml milk
1 cranberries
26 gr sugar
1 gr cinnamon
26 gr sugar with cinnamon
2,700 gr muffin
1/2 full
100 gr cinnamon-sugar over batter in bake in a preheated
375 oven until golden brown
Instructions
If muffins are to be held 10 to 15 minutes before serving, tip them in the pan to prevent steaming and keep in a warm oven. To reheat cold muffins, place them in a covered pan or a closed paper bag in a preheated 180ÂșC oven for 10 minutes.
