Best Ever Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

16 gr spinach
1 well
120 gr swiss cheese
60 gr monterey jack cheese
60 gr cottage cheese
3 gr onion
16 ml olive oil
1 gr basil
1/2 savory
1 gr pepper
1 gr garlic salt
4 eggs
120 ml evaporated milk
1 pie crust

Instructions

Blend cheeses, onion, oil and seasonings until smooth. Add eggs, milk, and spin ach. Pour into prebaked (according to directions on box) pie crust shell. Bake at 190ºC or 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 6 slices . Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R.
