Best "texas" Chili

Ingredients

20 ml oil
240 gr onions
100 gr celery
3 garlic
425 gr beef
300 gr tomatoes
475 ml tomato sauce
750 gr beans
26 gr sugar
3 bay leaves
3 allspice
8 gr chili powder
2 gr oregano
2 gr pepper
1 gr cumin

Instructions

In medium nonstick skillet, heat oil, add onions, celery, and garlic; cook over medium heat until softened, about 2 minutes. Place vegetables and remaining ingredients in slow-cooker; stir to combine. Cook on low setting 4 hours.
