Bet You Can't Guess What They Are Cookies

Ingredients

1 sleeve saltine crackers
230 gr butter
220 gr brown sugar
1 chocolate morsels
140 gr pecans

Instructions

Spray a jelly roll pan with cooking spray. Line pan with whole saltines. In a saucepan boil butter and brown sugar, stirring well, three to five minutes. Pour mixture over saltines. Bake dozen minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. While hot pour chocolate morsels over and spread evenly. Sprinkle with nuts and press into chocolate. Refrigerate until mixture hardens.
