Birds Nest Cake

Ingredients

375 gr flour
5 ml soda
400 gr sugar
1 cinamon
1 gr salt
300 ml cooking oil
4 gr vanilla extract
250 gr pineapple
3 eggs
60 ml applesauce
300 gr bananas
140 gr nuts

Instructions

Mix flour, soda, sugar, cinnamon and salt into large mixing bowl. Make a well in center. Pour remaining ingredients into well. Mix with a spoon until well combined. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in preheated 180ºC oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still warm if desired. ----
