Biscochitos Sandoval

Ingredients

375 gr lard
200 gr sugar
2 egg yolks
5 gr baking powder
375 gr flour
1 gr vanilla
1 gr anise
120 ml milk

Instructions

Cream lard or shortening and sugar together. Beat in egg yolks one at a time. Mix in flour and baking pwder, then flavorings and milk. Roll out on floured board and cut in shapes.
